Overview

The Administrative Offices at Jackrabbit provide the resources for Compass Employees to operate efficiently within the Compass Health Care structure. The CEO, Deputy CEO, Department heads of Logistics, Finance, MIS, Quality Management and Human Resources dwell in the building along with the Director of Development. Employees attend their Initial Orientation here after they are hired.

A Unique History of the building we are in:

Formerly owned by Radio Pantera, the buildings and land were seized in a drug bust prior to 1996 when they were donated to Compass Health Care (Called Gateway at the time) by the U.S. Customs Services. The site is used as part of the solution to the devastating problem of drug and alcohol addiction in our community, helping people to get well. The savings in rent are used to enhance treatment services. The tireless efforts of staff at U.S. Customs, Sheriff Dupnik and the Pima County Attourney General's Office have created this miracle. The State of Arizona Atorney General's Office and Dept. of Public Safety agreed to give their 1/4 interest in the property to the organization then known as Gateway. How fitting a gift for an organization originally founded by a police officer to stop the terrible problem of addiction that exists in our society.
