A permanent housing program for homeless, chronic alcohol/addicted, dually-diagnosed (mental illness and addiction). Participants are provided with a minimum 12 months of residency and are involved in 12-Step programs, crisis intervention, peer support, group therapy, medical stabilization, recreation, participation in community volunteer activities and life management skills. The goals of the program are to provide education in relapse prevention, education support services, and case management to 60 client residents - to assist them in coping with the demands of society, provide them with tools for success, and to return them to the community as sober, responsible and independent people.
